A documentary about wild swimming

Way back in 2013, we met a local author Andrew Fusek Peters, who at the time was writing a book about his adventures in Wild Swimming, and his recovery from a long family difficulty with clinical depression.

It was though Andrew we developed an exciting Arts Council England funded project called Dip Shropshire. (http://www.dipshropshire.com/)

To go alongside the creative workshops, we developed a documentary film concept which would address the link between mental health and environmental health. Over the following year, we spoke to and swam with a wide variety of people all over Shropshire, and the resulting film was a small snapshot of the amazing adventures we had and the people we met.

The Dip film project was funded by:
Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership
Meres and Mosses Landscape Partnership Scheme.
